Prawns and fish kababs

- White fish, bone less cubed ¼ kg
- Prawns large ¼ kg
- Ginger, garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Red chilli finely chopped 2
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp chopped
- Salt to taste
- Ground pepper
FOR CRUNCHY SALAD
- Lemons 2
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Fish sauce ½ tsp
- Castor sugar ½ tsp
- Cabbage thinly sliced ½
- Carrots thinly sliced 2
- Red onion thinly sliced 1
- Bean sprouts 50g
METHOD
- In a food processor quickly mix together the fish, prawns and red chilli. Add garlic, ginger paste and coriander, mix together a few seconds.
- Season with salt and pepper. Wet your hands, and then shape the mixture into 12 round kababs. Line a baking tin with grease proof paper, place kababs on it and bake for 15 mins in a moderate oven.
- Mix together all the ingredients for the salad and serve with hot kababs.
