Ingredients
Method
- Chops 1 kg
- Ginger paste 1 ½ tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powdered ½ tsp
- Green chilli paste 2tbsp
- Mustard powder ½ tsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Vinegar 2-3 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Raw papaya paste 2 tbsp
- All ground spices 1 tsp
- Fried onion 2tbsp
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
Method
- Put the chops in a bowl. Add ginger paste, salt, black pepper, green chilli paste, mustard powder, yogurt, lemon juice, vinegar and fried onion in it.
- Leave it for 2-3 hours in a cool place but not in refrigerator.
- Take a broad pan, put some oil in it.
- Heat up the oil.
- Put marinated chops in it.
- Cover the lid and let it cook in its own marinade until chops are tender and turn the heat off while some gravy remains .
- Now kindle a piece of charcoal on fire and place it on a piece of bread, and put it in the handi…….pour 1 tbsp of oil on it and immediately cover the lid on handi.
- After 10 minutes serve it with hot Nan and chutney.
