* Green coriander 1/2 a bunch finely chopped
* Mint 1/2 a bunch finely chopped
* Green chillies finely chopped
* 3 cups yoghurt
* Zeera (Cumin Seeds)
* Salt to taste
* 1/2 tsp black pepper
* 1/2 tsp kala namak

Take the zeera and fry it till it turns dark brown.
Take it off the pan and let it cool down.
Ground this zeera so that it turns into a thick and coarse powder.
Whip the yogurt in a blender or a hand mixer.
Add all the ingredients in the yoghurt.
Put it in the fridge.
Serve cool with the spicy dish.
