Break fast
Before breakfast in fasting take ispaghol husk 2tbsp in a warm glass of water. Take 1 pinch kalongi.

After 1 hour
Take a glass of milk, boiled egg, and cereal.
Between breakfast and lunch
Take any seasonal fruit


LUNCH
A bowl of fresh vegetable salad. 1 chapatti and boil dal or soup. After lunch take a cup of green tea.


Dinner

A bowl of salad and a cup of green tea
Avoid oil, fat and bakery products. Use fresh vegetables and fruits as much you can.
