INGREDIENTS

· Pineapple juice 225 ml
· Diced melon 75 gm
· Pineapple 2 scoops –LEMON SHERBAT
· Crushed ice
· Maraschino cherry to decorate


METHOD
Combine the pine apple juice, melon and sherbet in the blender and process until smooth. Pour over crushed ice and serve with a maraschino cherry.
