INGREDIENTS


· Almonds 1/2 cup soak over night
· Ginger 1/2tsp chopped
· Cardamoms 5 crushed
· Sugar 1/2cup
· Mint leaves 3
· Water 2 cups


METHOD


Remove the skin of almonds. Grind the almonds in a blender with the ginger. Add a little water to obtain a paste like consistency. Cook the mixture over a low flame till the sugar has dissolved.Remove from the flame and pass the mixture through a strainer. Serve chilled garnished with the mint leaves.
