Summer can be wonderful and full of fun if known are the various ways of making it a charm for self as well as for others. So stop worrying about the ill effects of summer and take the fun of it. Taking requisite skin and health care can truly turn your summer into a favorable one.

Drink plenty of liquids like water, juices, cold shakes, sweet lime soda, etc

Eat lots of summer fruits like watermelons, grapefruits

Eating plenty of salads with broccoli, lettuce, cucumber

Avoid eating out as the possibility of germs growing on food items is comparatively higher.

Wear sunglasses to protect your eyes from the sun‘s rays

Do not use too much make up or any oily crème or lotion while venturing out in the sun

Wear light loose fitting clothes

Use sun screen and re-apply it frequently during the day
